Job Title: Senior Physiotherapist Anekal Reporting to: Project Manager Position Overview The Senior Physiotherapist will lead and coordinate comprehensive rehabilitation services for persons with disabilities through a community-based approach. The role includes assessment, therapy planning, direct service delivery, mentoring community rehabilitation workers (CRWs) and junior physiotherapists, and creating a road map / protocols to ensure effective and quality rehabilitation services at community and institution level. Key Responsibilities 1. Clinical Assessment & Intervention Conduct detailed physiotherapy assessments for children and adults with disabilities (orthopaedic, neurological, developmental, etc.). Develop individualised rehabilitation plans (IRP) with clear goals, timelines, and home-based exercise plans.
