 Sr. Platform EngineerLocation: Orlando, Florida (Onsite)
Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer responsible for advanced troubleshooting and operational support across critical technology platforms. This role acts as a technical escalation point, coordinating with business stakeholders, internal infrastructure teams, and external vendors to diagnose issues, drive resolution, and improve platform stability over time.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide vendor-based software support and serve as the technical point of contact for vendors, peers, and infrastructure operations partners.
Triage incidents by identifying symptoms, determining ownership, and engaging the appropriate teams to drive timely resolution.
Apply security best practices and coordinate with vendors as needed to implement required controls and remediation.
