Description
We are seeking an experienced, data-driven, systems-oriented Capacity Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end planning and throughput strategy. This role is responsible for defining and maintaining gearing ratios, leading capacity forecasting efforts, and driving cross-functional alignment to ensure operational scalability. The ideal candidate has a background with demonstrated proficiency in advanced mathematics and/or statistics. They are comfortable creating strategic recommendations in a thoughtful yet concise manner and obtain organizational buy-in at senior levels. You will be at the center of how work is balanced across the SPC org, using your expertise to ensure that inputs across stakeholder teams and constraints are accurately reflected in planning models.
