We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Pre-Construction Manager to serve as a senior individual contributor responsible for leading pre-construction strategy and execution across a portfolio of complex retail and logistics projects.

This role is ideal for a strategic builder who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can influence cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
