Sr Process Development Engineer Cut&Sew; San Luis Potosi, MX, ***** Objective of the position
The objective of the position is to further develop, industrialize, and sustainably stabilize production-related process technologies for cut and sew lamination processes.
The role acts as a senior technical expert and production-oriented process owner, ensuring robust, capable, and standardized manufacturing processes throughout development, acquisition, industrialization, and series production, while supporting the company's strategic, quality, cost, and performance targets.
Responsibilities Adaption of development and production topics in process development for cut and sew technologies according to SEP guideline.
Creation and further development of documentation (e.g. process data acquisition, mind map, validation plan, continues data recording during the development phase.
