**Description:**
You will be the Sr. Process Quality Engineer – Manufacturing for the Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) – Santa Barbara Focalplane Team. Our team is responsible for driving the highest standards of product quality across all manufacturing processes.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Sr. Process Quality Engineer – Manufacturing you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems that ensure the integrity, reliability, and performance of our missile and fire‑control hardware.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Develop & Execute Quality Plans – Create comprehensive quality control plans, inspection criteria, and test methods for new and existing products.
