Position Overview

            Job Description

Support manufacturing including low yield analysis and improvement, failure analysis, test time optimization and other related activities
Support NPI projects.
Support product and process related qualification projects
Support customer return evaluation (RMA). Performing FA by doing ATE, bench analysis for fault isolation and 8D CAR documentation.
Performing Cost optimization projects.
Test hardware and Test Program development and troubleshooting

Qualifications

E&E graduate
At least 5 years of working experience in Semiconductor environment. Holding a position of Product or Test Engineer (Or similar)
Able to work independently, demonstrates a willingness to take on challenges, and possesses strong self-initiative and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with Advantest V93K, Teradyne ATE platform, or proficiency in any relevant programming language would be h...
