Job Summary: 

The Global Delivery division is responsible for onboarding all new clients onto Clearwater’s SaaS platform. As Senior Programme Manager, you will lead on large simultaneous client implementations in the DACH region with minimal oversight, consistently delivering on time and with quality. You will be an integral part of a collaborative division spanning analysts, team leads and subject matter experts.

Programme Managers have a diverse range of responsibilities, including defining project scope, creating detailed implementation plans with internal, client, and third-party resources, and ensuring successful, on-time project completion. They provide regular status updates through reports and meetings, lead high-level steering committee meetings, and act as a trusted client relationship manager.
