Sr Program Manager, Replenishment & Inventory

MX Supply Chain is looking for a senior program manager who will lead the launch and sustained operation of new fulfillment programs while continuously optimizing inventory flow across the network. This role sits within the S&OP; and Inbound team, working at the intersection of planning, execution, and cross‑functional coordination to deliver speed and reliability for our customers.

Key Job Responsibilities Own the launch plan and operational readiness for new speed‑focused fulfillment programs within the MX network, coordinating milestones across multiple stakeholders. Design and implement replenishment and re‑stock frameworks that optimize inventory availability, placement accuracy, and fill rates across fulfillment nodes. Develop inventory transfer strategies (reactive, proactive, and automated) to balance network health and meet customer promise.
