Description
You are a Senior Program Manager within the Design & Construction (D&C) Quality Management Team (QMT), part of Global Engineering Services (GES) North America. In this role, you serve as a senior quality program leader, autonomously driving the strategy, development, and execution of quality management programs that span the full D&C project lifecycle across Amazon's logistics network.
You independently own and deliver complex, cross-functional quality programs—from Quality Management System (QMS) implementation to continuous improvement initiatives—with limited oversight. You operate as a trusted advisor to D&C Execution Teams and Regional Leadership, providing strategic guidance on quality frameworks, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making. Your work directly influences how Amazon delivers construction projects at scale.
