The Recruiting Technology Integration (RTI) organization is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to define and drive the delivery of product features and process improvements that enable recruitment at scale. This role functions as the business owner and strategic lead for one or more features within the Talent Acquisition product ecosystem, partnering closely with business customers and technical teams to translate operational needs into measurable solutions.
You are responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of one or more features related to existing Talent Acquisition products. You may be embedded within a single team, focused on the vision for their product features, or you may work across teams. You know how to delight customers.
