Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of major projects valued at over $100M, ensuring every aspect aligns with client objectives and Arcadis standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level client stakeholders and joint venture partners, building and maintaining strong relationships that support successful project outcomes.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, design, construction management, and external consultants, coordinating the efforts of diverse professionals to deliver on complex project requirements.
• Develop and implement robust project governance structures, risk management strategies, and quality assurance protocols, ensuring projects are managed effectively from inception to completion.
