Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage the operation and maintenance of facility equipment.

2. Execute and support facility-related projects.

3. Plan and establish facility systems, including overseeing engineering works, commissioning, testing, and final acceptance.

4. Review and plan facility requirements from user departments, prepare construction specifications and cost estimates, and oversee project execution, commissioning, and acceptance.

5. Monitor, record, and analyze facility system performance data, and provide recommendations for improvement.

6. Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and annual overhauls of utility systems.
