The Senior Project Manager is responsible for driving 1 extra-large projects or 2-3 medium-to-large enterprise level cross-functional projects concurrently. This role has advanced project management experience and skillsets and are accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the project including detailed financial management, complex interdependent schedules, cross-functional dependencies, resource staffing and management, scope, quality assurance, and risks management. The Senior Project Manager ensures the project delivers with a high degree of efficiency and controls; and they have strong skills in executive level influence, conflict resolution, negotiation, leadership facilitation, and expert communication.
