Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. Property Accountant to support the financial operations of a real estate portfolio in Richmond, Virginia. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate property-level records, preparing recurring financial deliverables, and investigating account activity to ensure reliable reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting knowledge, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily and monthly reconciliation of property bank accounts, investigate outstanding items, and ensure issues are cleared promptly.
