Position Overview
Objectives of this Role Senior Proposal Engineers at CRA work closely with the client to understand their requirement and provide solutions for their application. They establish trust with the client and work towards closing deals. They also maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and continue to serve as the point-of-contact for their clients for after-sales and service support Daily and Monthly Responsibilities Own the client relationship and proposal generation process from initial client contact through order acceptance Maintain a deep technical and commercial understanding of CRAs products and various applications for which they are used Analyze and interpret technical requirements of the client design and specify appropriate equipment for the application Engage and advice the client and establish trust in CRAs competence, capabilities, and products Maintain and actively utilize the CRM software to increase conversion rates and provide an unparalleled customer experience ...
