We are seeking a highly skilled **Senior Quality Control Technician** to support and lead inspection and quality assurance activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures products meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements while driving continuous improvement and mentoring junior team members.

+ Perform and lead incoming, in-process, and final inspections of components and assemblies
+ Review engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements
+ Utilize precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM, optical comparator)
+ Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Supplier Quality teams
+ Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives
+ Support production team in day-to-day activities.
+ Validate when defective material is reported by production team.
