Overview

The Senior Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all aspects of cost estimation, contract administration, and financial control for civil construction projects. The role includes preparing cost estimates, tracking project expenditures, handling variations and claims, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget while maintaining contractual compliance.

Responsibilities

• Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs based on project drawings and specifications. Analyze material, labor, and equipment costs for project feasibility. Assist in preparing project budgets and cash flow forecasts .
• Contract Administration: Review contracts, subcontracts, and tender documents for risks and compliance. Ensure all contract conditions and obligations are met. Maintain proper documentation for contractual correspondences.
