**Job Overview**

The Sr. R&D Product development Engineer will be responsible to develop new products and sustenance of existing product lines including Terminal and Connectors & Accessories of ICT business unit at TE Connectivity. This position Leads/support small and medium sized NPI/ NPD , projects and/ or Supports Advance development projects to improve technology readiness level

**Job Requirements**

+ Lead product design and development using engineering tools (e.g., Creo) and domain expertise.
+ Support New Product Development (NPD), cost optimization, and VAVE initiatives.
+ Drive customer engagement through VOC collection, technical proposals, and design reviews.
