We are hiring for a Senior Recruitment Coordinator in Iloilo City.
This is an onsite setup following a Dayshift schedule.
Salary is up to 60k based on level.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or talent acquisition support
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable working across time zones with a globally distributed team
- Familiarity with BPO, sales, or B2B services industry hiring is a plus
