5 years of Salesforce development experience.
Candidates MUST have recent experience with Agentforce, OMS and service cloud - These are non-negotiables.
Candidates need to know the above and be able to explain their experience working with them - please only submit candidates you're confident in after verify they understand and can speak to their experience in the above requirements.
Candidates must have a completed BA/BS degree in a technical field.
