Description
Amazon AIR seeks a Sr. Supply Chain Manager to own network resiliency strategy and execution across our aviation and ground operations network. As part of the AIR Customer Experience (CX) team, this role sits at the intersection of network performance, supply chain planning, and customer delivery outcomes — owning the analytical and strategic frameworks that connect upstream and downstream dependencies across the AIR network. You will develop a deep understanding of the hard and soft constraints that shape network performance — spanning aviation operations, sort capacity, ground handler throughput, and linehaul connectivity — and translate that understanding into actionable frameworks that drive better decisions across planning cycles and real-time operations.
