Our Client, a large Investment Bank, is urgently looking to hire a

Sr. Scrum Master .

Location:

Toronto, ON

Hybrid:

4 days in office

Contract to hire after 6 months.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions to ensure alignment across Agile teams and stakeholders.

Support the team in achieving the PI or sprint goals and remove any impediments that hinder progress.

Promote collaboration among cross‑functional team members, including developers, business analysts, UX designers, and architects.

Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well‑defined, prioritized, and meets the definition of ready.

Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on team performance, OKRs/KPIs and delivery timelines.
