Senior Scrum Master

Commercial Engineering is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team at Thomson Reuters.

The Scrum Master will be responsible for leading multiple scrum teams, facilitating and supporting the scrum process, and ensuring that the team adheres to its principles and practices.

• Be a servant‑leader for multiple scrum teams and empower them by focusing on their needs foremost and building a foundation of trust.
• Coach scrum teams to follow agile practices and self‑organize, self‑manage, and reach a higher level of scrum maturity.
