As a Senior Service Desk Representative – Identity & Access Management (IAM), you will be responsible for managing user identities, provisioning and deprovisioning access, supporting access-related incidents and requests, and ensuring compliance with organizational security policies within the Retail Division – Business Applications. You’ll serve as an escalation point for Tier 1 analysts, safeguard least‑privilege access across enterprise applications, and drive improvements that make identity and access management faster, safer, and more reliable.
