Job Description
To support Client's CMMC Level 2 compliance initiative, replace incumbent Zendesk and establish a scalable ServiceNow platform foundation, Ondaro will implement ServiceNow ITSM Pro Plus and ITOM Visibility concurrently across two parallel workstreams on the GCC High FedRAMP High environment. The following workstreams define all in-scope configuration, integration, data migration, and delivery activities.
