They bridge the gap between complex business requirements for customer support and the technical architecture of public-facing portals and internal service consoles.

Solution Design : Lead the end-to-end architecture for Salesforce

Service Cloud

(Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge) and

Experience Cloud

Strategic Planning : Define technical direction and roadmaps for digital transformation, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and high-performing.
