Job Title: Sr Solutions Architect (Workday HCM, Time Tracking and
Responsibilities
β’ Act as a trusted advisor to HR, Payroll, IT and business leaders, lead the end-to-end solution architecture for Workday HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence modules
β’ Design cross-module integrations and ensure alignment between HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, and downstream systems
β’ Assess current systems and utilization; identify and recommend improvements such as training, customization, and enhancements to maximize value and efficiency of the people reporting
β’ Build and execute detailed implementation plans including discovery, design, QA/test, deploy and support leveraging agile methodologies
β’ Develop detailed test plans, test scripts, and execute testing to deliver a thorough, bug free reporting solution
β’ Ensure product in development matches the specified requirements by being the key point of liaison for all involved teams
