Join Criteo as a Staff Solutions Engineer on the Product Expertise team. You will apply deep technical and product expertise to complex client, partner, and internal challenges, with a strong focus on API-driven solutions, integration quality, and scalable support practices.
What You’ll Do
Provide expert technical assistance on complex product and API-related matters for clients, partners, and internal teams.Diagnose and resolve advanced integration, configuration, tracking, reporting, and API usage issues.Own high-impact investigations end to end, including reproduction, impact assessment, documentation, escalation, and resolution follow-up.Escalate to Product and R&D with clear context, evidence, business impact, and prioritization rationale.Translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions, integration approaches, and implementation guidance.
