**Job Description**

The Senior Specialist, Business Analyst, Launch Planning serves as a subject matter expert in business analysis and process design for Strategy and Planning and Launch Planning capabilities within the Content Supply Chain Orchestration team. This role applies depth of expertise to shape high-quality requirements, recommend effective approaches, and support consistent execution across business processes and solutions.

The position requires strong business analysis, stakeholder management, and process mapping skills in a matrixed environment. The individual is expected to provide advisory support to managers, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders by identifying best-practice approaches, translating requirements into scalable process and solution recommendations, and helping drive execution excellence across launch planning capabilities.
