Position Summary

Slalom is seeking a Senior Specialist, Talent Intelligence to deliver research and data-driven solutions that enable talent strategy and workforce planning. As part of our Talent and People Experience team, the role will operationalize capture and analysis of internal and market data to mature our talent data ecosystem, anticipate talent needs, drive talent growth and performance, and inform business and talent decisions across Slalom.
