Job Description

Job Purpose

+ The Customer Quality Engineer (CQE) will work closely with cross functional teams across regions spanning from Product Groups, Engineering (apps, design, product/test, quality), Sales, FAE, as well as key Customer supplier quality management teams located in Taiwan.
+ The primary responsibilities include addressing customer quality-related inquiries and data requests, managing customer portal inputs, conducting quality review meetings to improve scorecard ratings, and coordinating with global Renesas teams to drive end to end customer FA/8D requirements, containment, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their expectations and collaborate with internal teams to fulfill them effectively.
