Sr Staff Procurement/Purchasing Specialist

Job Description

This role is responsible for **leading OSAT** strategic engagement and commercial management, driving cost optimization, ensuring supply continuity, and owning end-to-end supplier strategy.
The role requires **strong leadership, program management** , and **cross-functional influence** to align business, engineering, and supply chain objectives while driving **long-term value** creation.

**Key Responsibilities**

• **Lead** commercial negotiations including pricing, LTAs, capacity agreements, price adjustments, and payment terms.

• **Own OSAT supplier strategy** and act as a **key decision driver** in supplier selection.

• **Drive** cost optimization initiatives using structured methodologies such as cost breakdown analysis, should-cost modeling, VA/VE, and localization strategies.
