Sr. Staff Program Manager

Burlington, Ontario | Hybrid (4 days a week in office)

Compensation: Salary + Bonus + Equity

Edison Smart is working with a leading semiconductor company seeking a Sr. Staff Program Manager to drive NPI execution, production issue resolution, and foundry/OSAT partnerships across global engineering teams.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience
• Semiconductor / IC Industry background
• New Product Introduction (NPI) and Product Lifecycle Management
• Foundry, OSAT, and Supplier Management
• Production Issue Resolution, Root Cause Analysis, and Corrective Actions (CAR)
