About the Role

Uber Direct is Uber’s last‑mile delivery‑as‑a‑service platform, enabling merchants across verticals such as food, grocery, retail, and e‑commerce to deliver orders placed on their own channels—outside Uber’s app—using our vast courier network. Beyond direct merchant relationships, we also collaborate with third‑party logistics providers to deliver an end‑to‑end logistics solution at scale. As a Sr Strategy & Operations Manager for Uber Direct CASA, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and high‑performing experience for both couriers and merchants. Your mission is to build efficient, scalable operations that fuel growth, satisfaction, and long‑term success.
