The Role:
In this role, you will be part of a talented and efficient Fund Services team that works on mission-critical projects within middle and back-office operations. You will manage various accounting and operational processes on behalf of our global client base whilemaintainingtransparent communication with our clients and their fund administrators and trading counterparties.
WhatYou’llDo
Responsible for the growth and scale of operations and delivery ofEnfusion’sOutsourced MBO Services line of business inthe Bangaloreoffice.
Define and manage theoptimalteam structure as the line of business grows and provide guidance towardsEnfusion’srecruiting efforts to maximize the quality of the structure.
Adapt to challenges and opportunities within the Outsourced MBO line of business, including a 24-hour delivery cycle with various shifts.
