Position Overview

            Job Description:
Installing and configuring software, hardware and networks.
Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.
Manage network servers and technology tools
Set up accounts and workstations
Troubleshoot issues and outages
Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls

Required Skills/Knowledge:
Server installation and configuration (Active directory / dhcp /dns / VMware)
Analyzes, logs, tracks and resolves complex software/hardware/Network/printer/servers and applications issues.
Installation/ Trouble shooting of – OS, Antivirus, Any third party software
Product knowledge of desktop, laptop, printer, basic networking parts.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
