Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sr.System Administrator based in India to support US employees remotely. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and Network Administration, along with excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with US-based teams and end users. The candidate should be flexible to work during US time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide remote IT support to US employees for system, network, and cloud-related issues.

Administer and manage Azure cloud services including VMs, AD, identity management, backup, and security.

Manage and support Office 365 applications such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

Troubleshoot network issues involving firewalls, VPNs, routers, switches, and connectivity.

Perform system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance activities.
