Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform application installations, upgrades, and product maintenance for existing customers.Troubleshoot application upgrade issues, problem analysis, diagnosis and remediation including critical events.Create and maintain upgrade-documentation and processes.Build strong positive relationships with the customer and project team members.Planning, prioritizing, and executing assignments within deadlines.Coordinates and drives compliance with change control policies and processes.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
