The role serves as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by transforming complex recruitment and labor market data into actionable insights, delivering executive-level reporting and presentations, and providing recommendations that drive hiring effectiveness, workforce planning, and operational excellence. The position also serves as the subject matter expert (SME) for IIR reporting and wage analysis, providing talent market intelligence, compensation insights, and benchmarking data to support strategic hiring decisions and Talent Acquisition strategies.
