Position Overview
**1. Japan Integration, Stakeholder & Vendor Management**
+ Lead talent acquisition integration initiatives for Japan, ensuring alignment with regional and global TA standards.
+ Act as the primary TA partner to Japan business stakeholders, building trusted relationships with senior leadership, hiring managers, and HRBPs.
+ Manage vendor relationships, performance, and compliance within Japan; oversee Preferred Vendor List (PSL) adherence, contract governance, and vendor optimization.
+ Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes to ensure seamless delivery and cultural alignment.
