• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience with extensive recruitment experience specifically in Mexico and/or other Latin American countries
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
• Able to manage a large number of recruiting processes simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment
• Must have the ability to work across diverse cultures and styles to build consensus and support; strong team orientation
• Effective Project Management approach and skills
• Ability to continuously spot problem areas and act to improve systems and processes as appropriate
• Strong work ethic and experience at task prioritization/management
