We are looking for an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join a public accounting team in Texas. This role is ideal for a tax specialist who can lead complex compliance engagements, provide thoughtful planning guidance, and serve as a trusted advisor to a diverse client base. Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and final review of sophisticated federal and state tax filings for corporations, partnerships, trusts, estates, high-net-worth individuals, and businesses operating across multiple jurisdictions.

• Oversee tax compliance activities to ensure filings align with applicable federal, state, and local regulations and industry standards.

• Conduct in-depth tax research, evaluate complex issues, and recommend practical solutions for client-specific matters.
