DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a GS Financial Service Innovation (FSI) Team Lead, located in the Philippines. The GS FSI Team Lead supports all financial processes within GSF scope related to the business transitions, divestitures and/or acquisitions projects. The role requires a high level of motivation and confidence, the ability to work independently and meet critical deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the deployment of specific finance projects with focus on the global services tier, including supporting Operations teams as needed
• Complete the deployment plan, specific to the region or global process supported, for each GS / Finance Strategic Program that needs to be stood up in the region
• Accountable for a smooth transition to new operating model with minimal disruption to the operations
