What success looks like in this role:
The Tech Field Engineer performs activities associated with installing, diagnosing, maintaining and servicing computer-related products, including but not limited to desktop/laptop computers, printers, and peripherals.
β’ Provides the full range of Field Engineering support for an assigned base of large / complex clients.
β’ Takes complete ownership of onsite service activity.
β’ Performs advanced-level maintenance on all products, including low-complexity installation activities.
β’ Provides technical feedback on equipment, systems and processes to improve overall service delivery.
β’ Uses advanced tools and technical knowledge to resolve client problems and conduct scheduled installs.
β’ Identifies and resolves systemic issues within the team.
β’ Proactively supports the needs of other team members, providing technical assistance and expertise.
