Job Description
Job Summary:
Collaborate closely with internal Project Managers, Clinical Application Specialists, Field Service Engineers, Technical Consultants, third-party vendors, and customer technical leaders to deliver medical device projects. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining databases, as well as troubleshooting IT infrastructure systems and customer-related issues.
Key responsibilities:
Work with Philips Solution Architects to support sales solution design and drive process progression
Conduct site readiness assessments and perform technical checks to support system configuration or integration solutions
Prepare on-site installation drawings and maintain documentation for project progress and related activities
Guide customers in implementing and operating Philips-provided solutions
