GovCIO is currently hiring for a Sr. Technical Program Manager to lead the execution of a fast paced IOC . This position will be located in Fort Meade, MDand will be an onsiteposition.

Responsibilities

The Senior Technical Program Manager leads execution of a fast-paced Initial Operational Capability (IOC) enablement effort supporting autonomous cyber assessment and AI training data readiness for USCYBERCOMMAND. This role integrates architecture design, cloud infrastructure provisioning, cybersecurity, data strategy, and deployment planning into a cohesive execution plan within a compressed 3.5-month timeline. The TPM serves as the primary interface with Government stakeholders, manages dependencies and risk across multiple technical disciplines, and ensures all work products are structured to support seamless transition into IOC implementation and scaled execution during the subsequent option year beginning in May.
