As a TPM at AEE, you will lead large-scale international expansion programs that require deep coordination across hundreds of Amazon teams spanning technology, operations, finance, legal, compliance, supply chain, and customer experience. You’ll own complex launch execution from concept to go-live, driving alignment across organizations, managing dependencies, resolving ambiguity, and ensuring high-quality delivery within launch timelines.
