This role owns end-to-end qualification governance and continuous improvement for hardware/software changes across SCHIE. You will combine deep technical fluency with program leadership, audit/root-cause rigor, and automation mindset to reduce qualification risk, shorten cycle time, and improve execution quality at hyperscale.

•Address audit findings (aging qualifications, unclear ownership, governance gaps) with durable, measurable fixes.
