**Job Description:**

Responsible for the overall condition of the facility, interior and exterior appearance of building and structural integrity. Coordinates interior furniture and fixture management. Oversees and performs general electrical, mechanical and plumbing maintenance with attention to clean room status. Program maintenance in MP2 and handling of BMS. Job duties:

+ Coordinates, assigns and oversees the proper execution of the preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs carried out in the different systems.
+ Maintains and follows proper compliance and systems requirements.
+ Coordinates, assigns, and oversees the basic solution of problems, repairs and maintenance on facility equipment, controls and systems, including water, fire/life safety and security systems.
